Staircase Plafond in the Building on Kopernik Street

Kopernika 21, Częstochowa

The building on Kopernik Street contains well preserved eclectic plafond, decorated with mouldings and allegorical paintings depicting mythological, symbolic and heraldic motifs. Five-field plafond was made in 1901 by Afred Wolański, an artist from Częstochowa and commisioned by building owner, Jan Dobrucki.
