Tenement House 19 was erected before 1871 on the initiative of Teofil Zapałkiewicz, who meant for the building to serve as a theater. It was a venue where Bronisław Huberman, a world famous violinist, gave one of his big concerts. Since 1923 until now the building served as headquarters for various banks.
Building is late-classical with rectangular plan. It is devoid of stylistic features.
