One of the most magnificent tenement houses built in 1912 for Simon Landau - the owner of weaving plant, a member of the board of the Stock Association of Jute and Burlap Products „Stradom” in Częstochowa.
It is defined as a modernist with a decorum of Art Nouveau - reminds Viennese buildings from the early twentieth century. The characteristic features of „the eleventh” are pilasters, garlands under capitals and decorations with floral motifs.
In the interwar years it served as a Banking House.
