Tenement house 31

Aleja Najświętszej Maryi Panny 31, 42-200 Częstochowa

Tenement House 31 was built in the second half of XIXth century. It was owned by Dr. Kohn and served as a branch office of Warsaw Society of Hygiene. World famous jazz composer and musician, Krzystof Komeda, lived in this tenement with his parents during 1939-1946, after they were forced to leave their home in Poznań.
