Jarosław Marszałek

He graduated from the Technical University of Czestochowa (post-graduate studies in management); he is a licensed property manager, entitled to sit on the Supervisory Boards of State-Owned Companies.

He was a university teacher, Director of Academic Culture Centre at the Technical University of Czestochowa, for several years he was an Executive Technical director of the Tysiaclecie Provincial Hospital Complex, after its merging with the Parkitka Hospital he worked as a senior investment specialist.

He is married with two children. His hobby is sports, particularly sailing.

Piotr Grzybowski

is a graduate of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Wrocław, he completed postgraduate studies in project management at the Warsaw School of Economics. In 2007-2013, at the Częstochowa University of Technology, he prepared and implemented projects in the field of cooperation between business and science.

From 2011, as an advisor to the Mayor of Częstochowa for regional development and urban policy, he was responsible, among others, for the preparation of the RIT for the Northern Subregion of the Silesian Voivodeship and for covering urban areas with the status of Special Economic Zones. From 2014 he was the Head of the Department of European Funds and Development, and from 2019 also the director of MZD in Częstochowa. He obtained hundreds of millions of PLN of European Union funding for the city for investments and further projects affecting the labour market and economic development of the region.

In 2020, he was awarded the honorary medal of the Association of Polish Cities. He is also a member of the Monitoring Committee of the ROP of the Silesian Voivodeship for 2014-2020.

Ryszard Stefaniak

Ryszard Stefaniak is a graduate of pedagogy at the Faculty of Humanities and Pedagogy at the College of Education in Częstochowa, finished post-graduate studies in management of education and history (at the University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland), and is also have a PhD in humanities in the field of history. Since 1988 he has worked as a teacher, from 1997 to 1999 he was the Headmaster of Primary School No. 16, and from 1999 to 2011 - the Headmaster of Middle School No. 16. Winner of the awards, including: the Superintendent of Education in Częstochowa and Silesia for outstanding achievements in teaching and educational works. Since 2011, he served as head of the Department of Education of the City Hall in Częstochowa. He is an author of numerous publications, including books about the history of scouting, Józef Piłsudski and Jasna Góra.

Bartłomiej Sabat

He was appointed as Deputy Mayor on November 12, 2019.

Bartłomiej Sabat is a long-term member of a local government who served as a Councillor (and Vice-Chairman) of two terms for the Częstochowa City Council. He has extensive experience in managing budgetary units. For 7 years he was the Deputy Director of the Regional Branch of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture, and for 5 years he worked as Vice-President of the Municipal Waste Management Company. 

He graduated the Częstochowa University of Technology and postgraduate MBA in Management. He has two daughters.

As a Deputy Mayor of Częstochowa he supervises the work of the following departments:
